Located at 801 Middle Avenue in Elyria, LCH&D Pharmacy is open to all. You do not need to be a LCH&D patient at 801 Middle Avenue to use the pharmacy. Can’t get to Elyria to pick up your prescriptions? No worry! We will deliver your prescriptions to your home free of charge.*
