Sliding Fee Discount Program

Support is available for patients experiencing financial hardship to ensure uninterrupted access to care.

Insurance Enrollment Assistance

Guidance and application help for Medicaid and Marketplace Exchange health insurance plans.

Onsite Lab Services

Blood draws and basic lab services are available at select locations at no cost for eligible patients.

Specialist & Diagnostic Referrals

Coordinated referrals for specialty care and medical testing when needed.

Translation & Interpretation Services

Language support is available for non-English-speaking patients and for patients who are deaf or hearing impaired.

Transportation Assistance

Transportation support is available through Medicaid/Managed Care Plans and LCH&D programs for eligible patients.
