Psychiatry
Medication management is a collaborative process that involves evaluating a patient’s needs and prescribing appropriate medications to treat mental health conditions. It includes ongoing monitoring and dosage adjustments to reduce side effects and optimize symptom relief. The goal is to enhance the patient’s overall quality of life, and medication management is most effective when combined with psychotherapy for long-term symptom remission.
